Using various techniques Restore My Floor can also fill in gaps between floorboards, tongue & grooved boards and parquet blocks. Gaps between original Pine floorboards are filled using reclaimed pine “slither strips”. These are glued between the boards and sanded flush with the floors surface to provide a gap free floor. Other floors, such as parquet or block floors, can have gaps filled using an epoxy resin filler. This is done by mixing sanding dust with the resin to create a perfectly colour matched filler which can be trowelled into even the smallest gap.
